AMI ENABLE provides a web front-end for your MXP Decade ERP software.
With ENABLE, your customers and employees can easily check the status of sales orders and service orders,
and track shipments online. You configure each user's account so that they are restricted to view only the
accounts that you allow. You can even allow customers to place emergency orders into your system online.
If you are using the Service Call Management or Helpdesk modules, ENABLE will allow users to enter service and helpdesk requests online,
and check the status of existing calls. ENABLE is designed for MXP Decade, but will work with previous versions of MXP as well.
ENABLE is a cost-effective solution, because there is no other software to buy, and the impact on your Progress user count is extremely low. All you need is
a Linux web server and a firewall, or let us host the system for you. With ENABLE, you will see
an immediate return on your investment!
A variety of inquiries are available
so that users can quickly find the information they need. All inquiries are structured so that
the user can "drill down" to the level of detail they want to see. By clicking on tracking numbers,
they can go directly to the shipper's web site to view shipment tracking information.
Users can easily navigate the site by using the familiar Decade-style tree menu on the left. By clicking on the appropriate
folder, users can find the information they are looking for. If the user has access to more than one
company, the dropdown box at top allows them to quickly switch between companies.
A simple form
enables a user to quickly enter a service or helpdesk request. Address information is pre-filled
from the company profile. As soon as the form is submitted, the request is added to your service queue.
In a similar way, users can place emergency orders for parts (if you have granted them access). They can
enter in the part number and quantity they need, and the system will show them where the parts are available.
Then they simply choose the nearest warehouse and shipping method, and the order is added to your system
for fulfillment.
